A fellow RISD alumni and NY-based designer Caitlin Mociun creates some of the most eye-catching, tailored designs you'll ever see. Her bold prints and unique silhouettes encompass the inventiveness of the Mociun (mo-shen) collection.

The finely hand-made shoes of Hetty Rose showcase beautifully what can be accomplished with the re-working of materials. Using vintage fabrics and sustainable theories, the collection of Hetty Rose is admirable and especially pleasing.

Unlike anything I've ever seen before, Christopher Raeburn's incredibly unique Hoody's (not shown) are "constructed from a re-deployed military parachute." Unbelievable.

The UM Bag, one of a series of ingeniously designed pressed wool felt bags designed by the sustainably minded Josh Jukas. Be sure to exercise your right to "click and unzip", a great little demonstration of how the bags go from completely flat to the three dimensional bag you'll love so much.

Fahmina's recycled leather earrings and Fanny Clutches are just too sweet to pass up. Made from 100% pre-consumer leather scraps, they conserve and reuse in the most artistic and utilitarian of ways.
