There are many reasons why I publish this blog...the number one reason being the amazing positive difference a vegan vs. meat meal can make. Other reasons include the treatment of animals through usual methods of meat production, the fact it's possible to live without killing another being (humans don't need meat...as long as we get the proper nutrition elsewhere in our diet), and the immense amount of land meat production requires, displacing or killing the native wildlife. So, needless to say, eating in the least animal-reliant way is very uplifting! Tasty food essentials like Flax Seed, Grapeseed Oil, Lentils and Quinoa will hopefully take over your pantry in the coming months. It tastes so good! Feels so good!

About me
After two weeks of processed food temptation failures and 17 prior years of vegetarianism, I finally became vegan (as of 6 months ago). After the first three or four weeks it was a blast. Now, I'm consistently full of energy, bouncing all around and digesting things superbly well (whereas, before hospital after hospital couldn't cure my lack-of-fiber-and-intestinal-flora diet).
