BBQ Tofu Chunk Burger. In a small frying pan, drizzle Grapeseed Oil and place stove on medium/high. Cut Firm Tofu into square chunks and place in frying pan carefully. Let the Tofu cook for about 4-6 minutes, then scrape cleanly from pan and flip the chunks, drizzling BBQ sauce and continue flipping them until brown. In a separate bowl add about four cups of finely chopped Red Cabbage, 1/2 of a finely chopped onion, a squeeze of half a lemon, and Vegenaise. Stir and place ontop of Lettuce on a toasted bun.
