BLT on a bun. This outdoorsey meal can be enjoyed hot or picnic-warm, either one is incredibly delicious. Begin by frying some Fakin' Bacon in a pan lined with Grapeseed Oil. Cook on medium heat until 'Bacon' (smoked Tempeh) becomes brown, especially on the edges. Cut a bun in half and toast, grill, or broil until slightly toasted, then spread a nice layer of Vegenaise on both bun faces. Add organic Lettuce, sliced Tomato, and Bacon. Grind some pepper on the top and cover...enjoy! (Hint: The longer you cook it the crispier it gets so staggering the time you place it on the sandwich adds additional textures!)
