Good morning! Welcome to the eHOT Sheet/Maine Real Estate Update for March 22, 2005. It's another pretty day here on the Downeast Coast of Maine, with temperatures expected to rise up into the high 40s! Increasingly, there are larger expanses of bare ground as the compacting snow melts. Looking out the office window, there's still plenty of snow and ice shining on the sun-protected north flanks of Cadillac, Sargent and Pemetic mountains, but even that'll be gone in the not-too-distant future.
Today's market update picks up eight new offerings, including the 4.6 acre oceanfront lot in Sullivan that I mentioned yesterday. There're also three new residential offerings in Bucksport, ranging from $89,000 to $189,000. A ten-acre parcel of land in Orland hosts three dwelling units, all for $305,000. And, finally, there's a 7,500 square-foot commercial building on Cottage Street in Bar Harbor for $850,000. Please let me know if you'd like more information on each of these properties. If you'd like more information on these, or any other properties that might come to your attention, please let me know at your convenience. We'll get all the info right out to you! Thank you for visiting the Maine Real Estate Update!

and, farther east, we serve the western half of Washington County,
with such towns as Milbridge, Cherryfield, Steuben, Machias and so
This report covers the Blue Hill peninsula, as of June 9, 2006.

David P. Dodge MAINE SAIL REAL ESTATE
Good afternoon! It's a rainy and windy day here on the Downeast Coast of Maine, one in a series behind and ahead. But the garden's flourishing with all the moisture. Summer does seem to be dragging its feet these days, but, then again, it's still spring!
This update for the real estate market in Eastern Maine is brought to you by Maine Sail Real Estate, a small agency with lots of experience in the sale of local Downeast Coastal Maine real estate. There are some interesting properties in today's update, which covers the period from June 4th, 2006 to June 8th, 2006. Please be aware that the market around here is rather dynamic, so if you see something you'd like more information about, let me know immediately, and I'll get the details right out to you. Okay, here are a few of the properties that have caught my attention over the past few days. Enjoy!
This is a 2.7 acre parcel in the Town Hill village of Bar Harbor, in the Kittredge Brook neighborhood. It's soil tested for a 3 or 4 bedroom home, and is only $138,000. If you'd like more information on it, please refer to #799681.
Here's a striking New England farmhouse overlooking the village of Orland, for $199,000. It has many original features intact, including pumpkin pine floors and a working fireplace in the dining room. Two-car garage and barn too! (#798992)
Here's another classic farmhome, this time in the lovely town of Brooklin. It's been lovingly restored, and offers you ten rooms, three bedrooms, and five well-landscaped acres. It's $529,000, and you can request further information by emailing me with #799800 in the subject line.
There have been 41 other properties introduced to the market this week, ranging from homes on Moulton Pond and Phillips Lake in Dedham, to an affordable bungalow in desirable Seal Harbor to a gorgeous townhome in Ellsworth. If you'd like more information on these, or any other properties which might have come to your attention, please let me know?
